Research On Corporation Financial Governance Pattern Based On Ownership Structure

Based on the ownership structure, financial governance deploys residue rights and control rationally with some financial governance structure mechanisms and behaviors, forming scientific financial decisions and restriction mechanisms, to create the maximal value.On the base of the reference documents, this study analyses the contents of financial governance, expatiates that the financial-right allocation is the key of the financial governance, and that the ownership structure is the most determinant factor of the financial right allocation. In view of the important influence of the ownership structure to the efficiency of financial governance, this study divides the financial governance patterns of the Chinese listed companies for the financial governance patterns of state-controlled listed companies and the financial governance patterns of non-state controlled companies, and analyzes these different financial governance structures, mechanisms and behaviors.
