Meanwhile, the way of development that an enterprise depends on its own resource to meet the market competition, has been washed away by the market. On this condition, an enterprise how to make use of various inner and outside resource, how to respond the market changes rapidly and how to make a survival and development of the enterprise, have been a problem that the enterprises have to face.. The strategic alliance based on supply chain seeks the advantage of unitary competiton and complementary resource.
