With the rapid development of technology and increasing globa l competition, tocontinuously improve and ma inta in the domina nt position in the competition,simulation and optimization technology has been studied and applied wider and widerin enterprises. Contemporarily, delivery time become the key factor for enterprises toimprove credit and profit. Thus, it is of great realistic significa nce and research valueto study the simulation and optimization of production line based on delivery time .This paper makes systematic analyses and researches on the process framework,key technologies and practica l applica tions of the simulation and optimization onproduction line. The key technologies and their implementation processes are analyzed ,and according to the project practice, the problems of decision-making optimization oftransferring measures of products and order sequence optimization based on deliverytime are solved.Firstly,the process framework of simulation and optimization is put forward, thepla nning,modeling and simulating are studied specifica lly: The PMOR thinking andPERT technology are put forward to respectively realize the pla nning for new andexisting production line ; The modeling process of production line is analyzed by theobject-oriented modeling method; Last, according to the characteristics of productionline, the time driven mecha nism and event handled mecha nism are analyzed.Secondly, for the problem of decision-making optimization of transferringmeasures of products based on delivery time , the realizing methods of three measuresare studied respectively, according to the output statistica l tables and charts,advantages and disad vantages, as well as the scope of applica tion about each measureare analyzed, provid ing the theoretica l guida nce and simulation analysis methods fordecision-making.Lastly, for the order arraying optimization problem based on delivery time , thesolving process of genetic algorithm is designed, under different penalty factors, targetparameters and optimizing effects are analyze d after simulation and optimization, so asto provide effective and feasible approach for solving practica l problems of production .
