Indian company develops so quickly recently,this county gets more and more attention as well as its management mode. Base on this problem, This article take the studty of the Indian management unique style under the influence of indian civilization. During the study,the auther mainly concerned with the exsist management research mode and theory. One of the most popular management research is Harold Koonzs's comparative management mode, which was performed from a nation's political, economic and cultural dimensions to study enterprise's management. The newly institutional research theory is to study management from the point of institution of a firm's environment. The nation's culture group theory was first brought forward by Hofstede in 1980, which was concluded by studying different group of people, different countries and regions. It comes with a mutual different in psychological procedure in forms of different thinking behavior. Since then numerous researches have been performed to study the culture of a specific nation, all of these theories were mentioned with Indian management culture.But all of these theories'conclusion mentioned above couldn't be integrate for the different study method, study point and so on.The conclusions are different. In acoording to this problem, the author of this article take the Indian management study on the base of traditional and newly management mode from economic, culture and institution three point. Then take the conclusion on the perspective of the world concept, human nature, interpersonal relationship, Manner of behavior, the way of thinking, the concept of space and time. This study method breaks the exist management research mode limitation on study point. In the end, a specific case of TATA group was introduced to give further illustration. The case analysis proves the research conclusion from a more detail perspectiveWith more and more enterprises participate in the globalization, difficulties were frequently come across in the multinational cooperation. Therefore, it is important to study different culture and its unique characteristic of a specific group. The conclusion of this article will provides a reference proof for further cross culture cooperation between Indian companies and other countries', especially facilitates Sino-India further cooperation.
