The development of PV Panel Producing Equipment industry is closely related to the PV industry development.The development of the PV industry will drive the PV Panel Producing Equipment industry growing continually.With the continuous improvement of the technical level of PV Panel Producing Equipment Supplier in China,companies,some foreign Panel Factory have gradually imported Chinese Equipment.In addition,under the influence of international trade barriers and Sun lighting conditions,some China PV Panel Manufacturers have begun to establish Factory in Southeast Asian countries such as in India and Malaysia,which has promoted the export demand of China PV Panel Producing Equipment.ORT Company is first PV Panel Equipment Manufacturer in China which is high–tech enterprise integrating R&D,production and sales as in one,need to make greater efforts to develop overseas markets.This Paper takes ORT Company as a research object.First,it researches on relevant theories in domestic and international which provides a theoretical basis for formulating marketing strategies.Secondly,introduce the Development status of PV Panel Producing Equipment industry.Then analysis the internal and external environments of the ORT company with PEST-N,Porter’s five force model and SWOT theories.Thirdly,refer SWOT analysis to formulate ORT’s strategic plan of entering into Indian market,India’s marketing strategy and strategic objectives,select the target market,do a good job of market segmentation and target market positioning,use the 4P theory to formulate specific marketing strategies.Finally,develop the Indian market implementation strategies and safeguards by cross-border electricity supplier Strategy,technical support and service strategy,partner strategy to establish the ORT’s implementation strategy and safeguard measures for entering into Indian market,effectively reducing risks and taking preventive measures.Provide relevant decision-making basis for relevant companies to explore the Indian market.Through the analysis and selection of ORT’s marketing strategy in the development of the Indian market,and the subsequent implementation of the strategy,summarize the marketing strategy for developing PV Panel Manufacturing equipment Manufacturer in the Indian market,which will provide references for some Chinese companies in the same industry to formulate an international strategy.
