Research On Modern Enterprise Performance Evaluation System Based On 3S Pattern

Only when scientific evaluation system of enterprise performance to raise management efficiency is set up, can enterprise improves its competent ability in order to facing with challenges and opportunities brought from even-changing external/internal operating environment and competitive markets. Yet existing appraisal of enterprise performance in our country is at the starting stage. The paper firstly elaborates on the evolution of enterprise evaluation system of home and abroad, introduces EVA and BSC evaluation method, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of modern evaluation system. Then it innovates construction of enterprise performance evaluation system in attempt to define weight of target factors by the method of AHP and evaluate enterprise performance scientifically via evaluation of fuzzy membership function and"asset-debt"function, on the basis of making a systematic exposition on current-research-development of enterprise evaluation system as well as making a minute analysis on enterprise evaluation theory of EVA and BSC. Finally it practices the evaluation theory above with an unique enterprise in Shenzhen.This paper makes innovations in such research fields:1.
