Since the end of the last century, while the industrialization in occident had been on its way for decades, the huge multinational enterprises, which had developed in fit from their bloody original capitals accumulation and had survived from intense marketing competition and ruthless corporate combination, begun to give back to consumers and society. It is amply representative for Corporate Social Responsibility concept have come into being .In early this century ,the goal was identified by the European Union that the European would have been the most competitive and energetic economy in the world and would have been keeping sustainable development, have created more job opportunities and stronger social cohesion until 2010. The CSR EUROPE which consists of 65 multinational enterprises and 19 European national organizations reacted to this goal aggressively that they proposed the concept of responsible competitiveness and brought the enterprise social responsibility as the main consideration in enterprise operating, also regarded such responsibility as the key element of company strategy and as the important prerequisite for enterprise survival and development.Under this concept, Many European enterprises improved their responsible competitiveness greatly and strived to protect their brands and set up the enterprise's reputation. For which, social responsibilities are earnestly considered and promoted to be included in any profit; contractors are also pushed and supervised to be social responsible to make the brand and products more popular and worthy of trust. Therefore, European and American enterprises asked their brand product contractors for Compliance Audit. In fact, Enterprise social responsibilities whom has been required from customers.The JS Company, since being required of compliance audit, got to know social responsibility and then begun to perform their feedback to the society and to perfect their management system. This text tried to analyze such instance to conclude that the solution to lacking of human resources for such labor-intensive enterprises like the JS Company is establishing good enterprise image by means of social responsibility to attract talents.
