| This thesis conducted in-depth study of theoretical and empirical research on two aspects of the lottery, Economic analysis of lottery tickets and lottery management system, with China's current development activities in the state lottery, learning from successful overseas experiences.Based on the development of domestic and foreign lottery, lottery was outlined about the economy and related issues. The factors of lottery system impacting lottery economy industry were macroscopically analyzed by AHP; the relationship between lottery and other industry was outlined; it was also analyzed that Caimin purchased lottery tickets using the concept of utility. Shuangse Qiu lotto ticket of the welfare lottery was adopted as an emphasis part, the definition of a lottery for its effective price and the price of supply and demand variables were analyzed. the supply and demand curves of China's Shuangse Qiu lottery functions was estimated, and the lottery market and the balance of flexibility was analyzed. Policy proposals based on that analysis can be presented as the scientific basis for decision-making of relevant departments.On institutional issues of lottery, although it is difficult to be addressed thoroughly in a short period of time, through gradual improvement, seeking the path of development, accelerating innovation, a management system must be established and be perfect for China's national conditions and market. Intercepting from the point "how can lottery maintain a balance between the public interest and the market interest", some proposals of improving China's management system in accordance with this guiding ideology was put forward. Upholding the public welfare lottery and the lottery market will allow us to think more rational and healthy about development of China's lottery for the future path. The future of the Chinese lottery, on the one hand, should surely adhere to the value-oriented principle of public welfare lottery tickets, on the other hand should also see the nature of the marketing behavior of lottery, providing more attentive services and products for consumers of lottery.Two major innovation points were mainly included. On the one hand this thesis analyzed the lottery market from the micro-economic theory, focused on the new definition of the price of lottery tickets, pointing out the relationship between prices of the lottery tickets and the expected value of the lottery, establishing a unique theoretical price system of the lottery industry. On the other hand this thesis conducted an innovation research on the lottery management. The author pointed out innovation of structure and shape of the lottery management system: transition structure from a planned economy to a market economy operating mode; transition shape from extensive management to the legal system. |
