Research On Appraisal Of Venture Capital In China

This paper carries on the outline to the venture capital firstly, introduced the venture capital concept, the venture capital characteristic and the factor, the venture capital different investment stage and the characteristic, the venture capital project operation procedure, and summarizes the domestic and foreign venture capital development and the present situation. Then this paper has carries on the summary to the domestic and foreign venture capital appraisal method research, and compares the venture capital project the appraisal methods which are used at present, proposes the existence question and the breakthrough of the appraisal method at present. Based on venture capital project appraisal principle and the venture capital project appraisal indexes design principle in our country, proposes the venture capital project appraisal model in our country, and designs venture capital project appraisal index system of our country. This paper chooses principal component analysis method as venture capital project appraisal method in our country, analyzes the merit of this method, and in this foundation introduces the main routine of building our country venture capital project appraisal model. The paper selects five venture capital projects, carries on the real diagnosis analysis to the appraisal method, gives the project sub-item and the overall assessment score, and analyzes project whole and the sub-item advantage and disadvantage. For enhancing our country venture capital project risk guard ability, from the four aspects of the risk avoidance, the risk transfer, the risk decentralization, the risk control, the paper proposes the risk guard strategy. Finally from government's angle, this paper puts forward the policy proposal how to develop our country's venture capital enterprise.
