So far,the research of multi index comprehensive evaluation method has been widely used in many fields, such as economy, industry, ecology, medicine and many other fields. The so-called multi index comprehensive evaluation method,in fact,is a comprehensive evaluation of multiple variables of multiple objects,or a comprehensive evaluation method.Such as the economic strength of different provinces and cities, the level of social development in different regions, the standard of living standards, the economic benefits of enterprises, etc.,can be applied to this approach. However, the choice of the comprehensive evaluation method has been a controversial topic, the choice of a suitable comprehensive evaluation method has a direct impact on the quality of the evaluation results. So far, there are two different types of comprehensive evaluation methods, these two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages:Subjective valuation method:The subjective assignment method includes Delphy method, two coefficient method, analytic hierarchy process, the subjective assignment method is a more comprehensive evaluation on subjective thinking method, this method is usually for statistical research professionals and consulting as the basis, and according to the different scholars with the comprehensive evaluation results are weighted, then to calculate the final comprehensive evaluation score and ranking. However, there are some defects in the method, and the subjective evaluation results will be affected by the subjective factors. Objective valuation method:The objective valuation method includes the principal component analysis, entropy method, factor analysis method and so on.The objective evaluation method is different from the subjective assignment method, this method is through the statistical theory knowledge, according to the statistical methods such as principal component analysis, comprehensive evaluation method is evaluated according to the basic principle of principal component analysis,it can get the objective evaluation results. However, with some practical significance evaluation case, relying solely on the theory of knowledge is no way to explain,at this time, because the objective valuation is too stiff, without considering the actual situation and lose the meaning of the evaluation. The main content of this paper is divided into two parts: theoretical analysis and empirical simulation. The theoretical analysis module is the second and the three chapter of this paper, mainly introduces the principal component analysis, and introduces the theoretical knowledge, mathematical model and calculation steps of the principal component analysis.Entropy method, the same as a detailed study of the entropy theory, mathematical model, calculation formula,etc..The combination evaluation method is based on the principal component analysis and entropy method, this paper uses the power mean method to combine the two methods to form a new evaluation result. This part mainly introduces the comprehensive evaluation of 9 economic indicators in the provinces.First of all, this paper describes the research topics and the significance of the research, the status quo at home and abroad, the purpose of this study and research content.Secondly, this paper introduces the main components of the comprehensive evaluation method, entropy method based on knowledge, the traditional mathematical model, calculation, and general steps, and the empirical study on the application of the two kinds of comprehensive evaluation method in the actual case, the comparative analysis of two methods. Finally, this paper combines the principal component evaluation method and entropy method to form a new comprehensive evaluation method. It is proved that the combined model is a more reasonable and effective multi index comprehensive evaluation method.
