Performance Evaluation Of The Mining Listed Companies

Along with the increasing emphasis on the development of the mine, mining listed companies has been given widespread concern by more and more mining experts and scholars. Economic performance evaluation of enterprise performance is one of the most important aspect of public listed companies to assess the operating conditions based on the most important.In this paper, the mining companies to study the economic performance targets, against different types of mining companies, respectively, affect the economic performance of the factor analysis to examine how listed companies mining in order to improve the performance of economic performance and to maintain sustainable growth with the reality significance and in accordance with the urgency of economic development needs.The paper consists of six parts. Chapter one:first of all, the paper expatiate the research backgrounds and significance, and lists some home and abroad overviews of relevant research literatures. Chapter two:the paper defines relevant concepts and the theories related to performance of the mining listed companies. Chapter three:the paper will give a brief account of the mining listed companies. Chapter four:on the base of documents from mining listed companies, it makes general valuation on performance of performance. Chapter five:it gives some suggestions to improve the performance of the mining listed companies, and analyzes the existence of limitations.In addition, through empirical analysis to determine the mining industry of the 104 listed companies in the performance of the situation, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of its existence. This study aimed at giving suggestions in improving the corporate performance for the mining industry. Also it provides decision-making basis for the Central Government and the mining investors.
