A Study On Strategy-oriented Operating Performance Measurement Of Listed Companies In Xinjiang

The system of listed companies performance evaluation is one part of business management.It plays the value guide effect of controlling listed companies to a great extent.the importance of which is being known by more and more listed companies. However,for some reasons,the listed companies performance evaluation in our country is still confined to the traditional financial performance measurement,which lacks the contact with listed companies'strategic objective and is easily to lead short-term actions,having already can not meet the listed companies'needs of sustainable development in our country.So we should construct the listed companies system of performance evaluation based on strategy.Based on the performance evaluation of listed companies of scholars at home and abroad, the article uses the research method integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative and demonstrative analysis.based on the fact of Xinjiang listed companies, By synthetically considering the factors influencing the performance of companies involving financial and non-financial indexes, qualitative and quantitative indexes, Based on the Balanced Scorecard(BSC),the article establishes synthetic performance evaluation indexes system of Iisted companies from four angles, namely finance, client, running process, learning and development. Then it uses the systematic model of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) to synthetically evaluate the performance of listed companies in Xinjiang. Finally, it puts forward countermeasures to improve the performance of listed companies in Xinjiang.
