A Study On Strategy Environment Of South-east Motor Company

The article briefly introduces the general situation of South-east Motor CO.LTD(short for SEM), including the basic knowledge of its establishing background, growth, shareholders, organization and products. It analyses the situation which SEM faces with using PEST Tool. Basing on the analysis of the motor industry, we can get the current situation and future trend of motor industry ,and have an elementary forecast for the market. The forecast stresses that china motor industry will keep developing in a long-term period . Then it analyses the competition environment which SEM faces with using Five Force Model. Afterwards, we study the inside environment of SEM deeply. From above analysis, we can summarize the opportunities and threats which SEM faces, and draw a conclusion that the opportunities are stronger than the threats. At one time, we also have systematic detailed analysis on the strength and weakness of the company. Finally, it uses SWOT Matrix analysis manner ,has a conclusion that SEM need adopt torsion strategy .According the feature of SEM torsion development strategy ,this article makes 3 or 5-year strategic target for the company, in which we should emphasize the otherness feature of the company and stress the high quality and elegant of Mitsubishi motivity, performance .SEM can use the advantages of having ten years experience on the light passenger car , realize the scale economic, reseize the lost market share. It can increases the ability of unattached R&D.
