Manufacturing industry is national economy progress and international competition advantage important cornerstone, the manufacturing industry in the world industrialized process has always played a principal role. With China’s accession to the WTO, international competitiveness of manufacturing industry in China has greatly promoted. This competition is the price of domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and bitter fighting, leading to the market a mad rush, the entire industry profit to drop ceaselessly. How from the Red Sea market access to a space for one person or the development of the blue ocean market is the current domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises common problems.In manufacturing industry, this study to South Motor Co. Ltd as example, attempts to analyze the further development of the company marketing strategy formulation. First of all, through market segmentation, target market positioning, industrial marketing theory and marketing theory review attempts to find a solution to the problem. Based on the motor company limited policy environment, economic environment, social culture environment and technical environment four big macro environment analysis and competitor analysis to pave the way for marketing strategy formulation.Compared with the macro environment, South motor internal marketing environment includes South Motor profiles, organizational structure, corporate culture, marketing, operation status, management status and SWOT analysis.In and outside the macro and micro environment analysis, we subdivide the market factor, then the target market positioning, finally making the marketing strategy. On the marketing strategy of the premise, we have developed a corresponding series of strategic positioning strategy. It include Customer relationship strategy, Cross through brand cross, Strategy by strengthening marketing team, Process control strategies. We try to give good suggestions to the company.
