Corporate social responsibility is an important concept in many areas since the 20th century. With the further development of economic globalization, the Government's social image and influence gradually faded. the enterprise's potential influence has been continuously strengthened, that means each of its actions would act on human social and economic development greatly. In addition, with people's values concept and consuming concept changing, and agreeing with the concept of sustainable development view, Western society sets off a series of both in-depth, extensive and lasting social movement to defend the three major public interests, the interests of consumers, labor' s equity and environmental protection. It can be said that the international corporate social responsibility movement has become the irresistible international community trend promote d by consumers and other stakeholders To strengthen the study on corporate social responsibility is of great significance.Firstly, based on the basic theory of corporate social responsibility, This paper comparates and analizes the corporate social responsibility of Western countries and conduct its laws. Subsequently, This paper analizes the development status of our country corporate social responsibility. Contrasting foreign development of corporate social responsibility, the author founds that there is a large gap about corporate social responsibility between the developed Western countries and our country. Since the traditional concept of corporate social responsibility and the lack of research, one of the most prominent phenomenon is that human-oriented business conception is not enough.Finally, This paper,based on the foreign experience and linked with China's actual situation, promote the development proposals of China's corporate social responsibility: to strengthen corporate social responsibility conception; To strengthen legal protection for corporate social responsibility; To improve the works of government and socity.
