Corporate Social Responsibility was born in the United States in the early20th century. Sheldon’s "management philosophy" first proposed the concept of corporate social responsibility. And he believes that social responsibility arises because moral factors had an impact on the business. Corporate responsibilities meet the needs of the various stakeholders. The early concept of social responsibility emphasis on stakeholders other than shareholders (creditors, employees, customers, government, community environment, etc.) and focuses on compliance with laws and regulations of the national government agencies and industry ethics, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and laborers, to ensure production safety, to support charitable causes and protect the environment, etc. After decades of development, the idea of corporate social responsibility has gradually been widespread concern of the government and various non-profit organization, had a tremendous impact on the world’s major countries and regions, while the enterprises themselves have gradually begun to pay attention. With the developing of China’s economy and society, and continuously improving the quality of citizens, society-wide environmental awareness, safety awareness and self-protection awareness continuously enhances. Because of special period of economic and social transition in China, the governance mechanisms of companies need to be further improved and awareness of corporate social responsibility needs further nurturing. And then promote enterprises take the responsibility actively to achieve a win-win situation. In this article assume that the social nature of the enterprise includes economic entities, subjects of law and social subjects, so its social responsibility is not just on the external environment, resources, or community investment, but also the economic and legal protection for internal staff, such as:shareholders, employees. Enterprises will no and can not escape the social responsibility of the various stakeholders. But in the constraints of resources, the enterprise will fulfill their responsibility in an order after a comprehensive assessment; specifically the order is corporate economic responsibility, the statutory responsibilities, and then the responsibility of charity. The same time, the combination of stakeholder theory and corporate social responsibility can optimize the operation with dividing the stakeholders into groups related to economic responsibility, legal responsibility and charitable responsibility. The main frame structure is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and basic content.Chapter Ⅱ of this paper introduces two theories:the theory of corporate social responsibility and stakeholder theory. Combining with social responsibility, stakeholders is divided into three kinds related to economic responsibility, legal responsibility or charitable responsibility. Finally, we discuss the social responsibility of different stakeholders. In the third chapter, this paper has a theoretical analysis about the implement of social responsibility and corporate performance. Because of the difference of social impact hypothesis, the trade-off hypothesis, funding the hypothesis and synergistic effect, the impact on corporate financial performance from the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility does not have a particular result. In the end of this chapter, the paper explained the loss of various stakeholders from different social responsibility events, also pointed out the reaction of stakeholders.Chapter Ⅳ is the case study. Also the feedback indicators of charitable responsibility cannot be found.(3) This study examined the relationship between several important factors of the shareholders, creditors, employees, government and corporate business development.
