This paper describes the history and now status of large drug distribution area, by using competition theory and relation marketing strategy theory etc, from the development of the industry, the number and size of enterprises, earnings view of the enterprise, such as external competitive environment, expounding the states in large drug distribution enterprise.By analyzing the competitive environment, pointed out five outstanding problems of drug distribution enterprise , therefore, put forward following strategy: 1, attracting foreign investment; 2, using merge approach to set up huge drug enterprise, including manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail etc; 3, building logistics and distribution centre, in order to combine the "traditional distribution and the provision of professional logistics Distribution of combining value-added services, and to make distribution sales commission and the post-combination of profit model; 4, improving the internal management of enterprises, and eventually realize total cost of lead.This paper uses relationship marketing, competitive strategy, and other management theory demonstrated drug distribution enterprise development strategy, sharing data with the world's most advanced distribution company' s distribution systems, and advanced information management, to verify the opinions.
