Decision-making Of Drug Distribution Based On The Price Discount

This thesis comes from the National Science and Technology Support Program "the research of RFID technology in the introspective of drug safety" project. Through investigation the author found that there's few drug companies which have using the distribution strategy. However, the distribution strategy has been widely used in other industries, such as food,automobile and so on.Based on the analysis of the pharmaceutical supply chain,the author makes the reseach on the latest period drug based on the price discount and the drug manufacture dominated. The thesis give a detailed introduction of the drug in three aspects, such as the period,the batch,the demand. Also the reasons and objectives of the distribution.Base on above analysis, this builds the drug manufacturer leading distribution decision-making model which is based on the price discount, and the different drug batche has different price discount, the closer to deadline, the greater the discount rate, the discount factor is very important in the model. The pharmaceutical manufacturer is the leader in the disrtibution activities, which will ensure the reasonable production plan and reduce the irrational resource distribution and the result of reverse logistics.Through the application of distribution strategy, the drug company can decrease cost and waste, also increase the efficiency.The thesis takes use of the Huabei district of one Tianjing pharmaceutical manufacture,the final result is that 86 units drug are saved by the application of distribution strategy.Compared with buying the drugs from the pharmaceutical manufacture,the drug sale company gets the price discount,so it will gets more benefit.As for how to decrease the drug recouse waste and strength the period management, this thesis has a great significance.
