In this paper, I have analysed the whole point of economy of Shaanxi region to a large number of literature, and using the combination of single case studies and the overall approach to analysis Shaanxi market system and its characteristics in Ming and Qing Dynasties.Also, reiterated the economic prosperity of Shaanxi region in Ming and Qing Dynasties.I have Analysed the commodity markets in its class structure and function of the network of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shaanxi region .Trying to integrate the history of science, economics, geography, such as multi-disciplinary approach, to research the commodity economy and market network of Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shaanxi region.The first part is the background of this study and related literature review, as well as the structural framework and the article a brief description of research methods; the second part of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Shaanxi general overview description of the economy, including agriculture, handicraft industry, the development of commercial;The third part of the main case-by-case analysis of river basin in Shaanxi Province are: Jialing River basin, the Han River basin, a separate analysis of Danjiang River Basin, including the rise of water basin, the market structure and characteristics; the fourth part is the comprehensive analysis , Mainly in market economy architecture of the throughout Shaanxi region.
