Financial investment projects relate to the vital interests of the public, the image of the Government. The bidding model of project Construction has a direct bearing on the level of investment efficiency and the smooth implementation of the project.The article built a brand evaluation system for the construction enterprise, starting with how to realize the optimized choice in the construction bidding of the finial investment project, using the construction of the social credit system and the construction industry credit system as the background, and the function that the ability to deal of the brand plays in the credit maintenance of an enterprise as the theoretical base. By analyzing the specialty of Project financial source, the uncertainty of the bidding final product, and the factors of affecting the construction cost, the article made definite the best selection standards of financial investment projects bidding, and put forward the idea it is introduced to project transactions, which impelled the enterprises to value corporate reputation and brand building, so that the construction industry will achieve a healthy and orderly development. And the article gives some suggestions on strengthening the financial investment projects bidding environmental construction.This article analyses an unsuccessful financial investment project tender case and the method of brand tradability simulation assessment has been used to do this analysis. During the lowest price bidding assessment method, it is advised to evaluate corporate brand and revise brand effectively according to quoted price of different grade. To obey above steps,bidders can avoid the risk of cut-throat competition such as some bidders quote spiteful price and select the appropriate company which has the high-quality brand reputation to carry the project. The mentioned elements are the starting to complete the whole project smoothly. This conclusion is based on the comparison of former and the latter bidding prices.There are following 3 effects of the bidding pattern which is introducing corporate brand to project trade. Firstly, it can force construction companies to obtain the business chance based on the equitable and normative competition about quality, price and brand .etc. Secondly, it can raise the attention about rebuilding corporate brand. Lastly, it can promote the healthy development of cooperation and industry.
