Base On The Lessee Of View To Research The Application Of Financial Leasing Model In Power Grid Onstruction

This paper firstly analyses the basic characteristics of financial leasing and the differences between the project financial modes,besides analyses the application condition of financial leasing mode.On the basis of researching the charecteristice of the power network construction and the financial leasing mode,analyses the possibility of the application in power network construction area.By analysing and discussing the proceeds account for different rent repay modes,this paper gives out the index systerm of selection evaluation for leasees.Based on the leasee's perspective,disscusses the points of contract making and give out a primary contract model of project financial leasing.
