The Study Of The Overhaul Of Daya Wan Nuclear Power Plant's Project Management

Since 1994,in which year the Da Ya Wan nuclear power plant started its commercial operation,altogether 16 refueling overhauls had been carried out on two machine units to 2008.The statistical data of all the past overhauls show that the index concerning safety and quality of all kinds of overhauls are improving while the time required is decreasing.The effective overhaul management system of the Da Ya Wan nuclear power plant plays indispensable role in the realization of the upper achievements.The effective overhaul management system comprises the strict overhaul organization system,the safety management system in which the safety engineer takes the responsibility,the comprehensive quality management and cost control through the production cycles.In this paper,how the project management theory be used to the Da Ya Wan nuclear power plant will be studied.
