Study Of The Comprehensive Budget Management On The Model Of Rural Power Enterprises In Liaoning Province

Comprehensive budget management is an advanced scientific management method to achieve optimal allocation of resources and improving economic efficiency in enterprises. There is no effective budget management in the rural enterprises of Liaoning Province,and the management level is low currently.It needs to establish a comprehensive budget management system which can improve business efficiency.Through a comprehensive theory of budget management,combined with the actual Liaoning rural power,this paper proposes that the rural power enterprises of Liaoning should select a a budget management system which is starting at the point for the sale of electricity and profit goal-oriented,the system should focus on cost management at the sane fine.Through mobilizing the Budget management organizations,budgeting,implementation,control,analysis,adjustment, appraisal,supervision of the design process,this paper also propose mode of building the budget management system for the rural power enterprises of Liaoning Province.The results in this paper will help rural power companies of Liaoning Province to set up a standardized comprehensive budget management system and also fill in a comprehensive budget gaps in the field of management studies of the rural power industry.
