Power Listed Companies With The Financing Structure Of The Company's Performance-related Research

The electric power industry has became a pillar industry for economic growth.There is not only the reference value to the financial structure decision of the electric power industry,but also the important significance to achieve the management goal researching the relationship between electric power industry financial structure and effects of company performance.According to the financial and marketing transaction data of China's electric power companies,the author set up the simple liner regression models and the multivariate models by using the methods of comparative analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,correlation analysis and stepwise methods method.By the models,the author analyzes the relationship between the financial structure and company performance.On this basis,the author considers that the financing structure are negatively related to company performance.At last,the author suggests electric power enterprise should perfect the financial structure structure and interal managing structure.
