The Empirical Analysis Between Ownership Structure And Corporate Performance Based On The Real Estate Listed Companies In China

The research between ownership structure and corporate performance based on the listed companies has been being a hot topic focused by the academic researchers.This paper takes real estate listed companies as objects,using each company's publicizing ownership structure and corporate performance data from 2005 to 2007,taking empirical analysis and analyzing the results.At first,this paper elaborate the fundamental theory and the relevance of ownership structure and corporate performance;Then,using the Excel and SPSS software package, it analyzes the relevance of ownership structure and corporate performance based on the real estate listed companies from the nature of shareholder to the concentration degree; At last,on the base of theories and empirical analysis,we lodges the recommendations about optimizing ownership structure and advancing ownership structure.
