This paper firstly introduced the basis theory of project financing lease and its application scope and feasibility in urban infrastructure project.Then this paper analyzed the risk of project financing lease from the perspective of lesser,and pointed out that lessee's credit risk and the risks in project operation stage were paid for more attention by the lesser.On the basis,the PSO-BP neural Network model and TOPSIS model based on information entropy were developed to comprehensively assess the credit risk to assist lesser to choose a suitable leesee.The application situation of two models in credit risk rating was comparatively analyzed.In addition,the multi-level risk evaluation index system in project operation period was developed.The fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation models based on gray system theory was developed to determine the severity of risk in operation period to assist the lesser to design the rent.At last,some prevention measures corresponding to every period risk in finance leasing project were proposed. |
