The Study On Financing Of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises And Ultiple Financing System Construction

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMSE) play an important role in our country's economy and in our social development.But SMSE are facing many restrictions and hampers during their developing and growing stage,among them financing plight is the prominent problem and how to relieve the fund obstacle in the process of SMES' development has become a great issue currently.Seeing about the status of Chinese Small and-Medium-Sized Enterprises,the paper analyses many reasons that lead to their financing plight.On the basis of study on some successful SMSE financing system abroad and combining Chinese real conditions,it sets up Chinese own SMSE financing system.This paper has a systematic analysis on SMES financing difficulty in view of both theory and practice.Contents and conclusions are as follows.1.Simply review some concerned literature abroad,analyze the reasons that it is difficult for SMSE to raise money with some famous theories and the theories of financing system construction.2.Introduce and comment on some successful SMSE financing systems.The paper chooses America,Japan and Korean as research target and analyses their systems' structures and characteristics,then by comparing the systems abroad,it finds out some advices for Chinese financing system and makes preparation for the establishment of our own system.3.Based on the financing character and style of SMSE,analyze Chinese present financing conditions of SMSE and it is proved by the fact of the SMSE raising money in Tong Ling city,Anhui province.4.Analyze the reasons that it is difficult for SMSE to raise money and point that the absent or imperfect systems in the course of our economic and finance system development lead to the difficulty.That is to say,the basic reason of difficulty for SMSE to raise money is absent of perfect and multiple financing system that influences the development of SMSE.5.Give the model of Chinese SMSE financing system.It points out that Chinese SMSE financing system includes three systematical aspects at present.The first is direct financing system,the second is indirect financing system and the last one is service system of SMSE financing.
