The Study On Material Procurement Administration Of CF Company

Lately, more and more companies have realized the importance of procurement management in improving the performance of a company operation. The shortage for the purchasers becomes a bottleneck in manufacture companies. There are drastic shortages for advanced purchasers in China, and many multi-companies brought purchasing managers from abroad when they entered into China market.This paper discussed the procurement management of production material in a little size company. At first, it introduced the importance of procurement management and described the basic theory. Then analyzed the process of development and evaluation for suppliers, and listed the methods and steps for choosing the appropriate suppliers. Next, introduced the content of procurement in CF Company according to the production model, analyzed the necessary for the stock and showed the methods for controlling the stock level. The chapter 4 introduced the analyzing and controlling for the cost of procurement, introduced the related factors for the price of materials, gave some advises for costing down by the analyzing the factors of cost. At last, analyzed the problems of procurement in CF Company, and showed the countermeasures. At the same time, we looked forward to the future of CF Company's procurement management according to the current of procurement management.This paper listed some actual cases with the guidance of theory, it is expected to be a reference for some people who is interested in the related occupations.
