Resent years in the background of globalization and informationization,service outsourcing became the new model of international division.Service outsourcing is the spontaneous behavior for the micro-enterprises,at the same time it has deep impact to the macro economy for the hole world.The scales and quality of the service outsourcing for a country is not only the important area for countries competition but also the acceleration for the country to develop to a new level.This article is starting from the theories of outsourcing and location,and combing the reality.From the host country,the article analyzed the location factors for service outsourcing.Using the principal component method to analyzing the relationship between outsourcing and the factors.The conclusion is the high education level for host is the most important factor to attract the service outsourcing,while the cost,macro economy and public service also have the impact to the service outsourcing.And then the article analyzes the advantages and shortcomings for China in appealing service outsourcing and provides the strategies.
