After 30 years'development,Chinese household appliances industry develop quickly and have reached maturity stage.The competition based on price has turned to brand and become white-hot.To expanded the reproduction and occupy the market mostly,the Merger and Acquisition(M&A) has been used widely in the modern enterprise's developing process.The brand's dominance of some big company is more obvious than ever,some company has more than one brand.How to integration the brands after M&A and make full use of their function become very important.This article takes Midea for example.It makes a systematic study with band M&A and retrospect the band M&A process of Midea.This article analyses the question of Midea and at last puts forward some points for suggestions.
