Pu-Xin complies with the current trend of the market development,through the combination of the industry and capital committed to industry integration.Through endogenous growth,extended expansion of the dual engine drive,it was listed on the New York's stock exchange on June 16.The stock code's name is "New".After the listing of the brand,the success of the brand integration also affects whether the expected objectives of the brand can be achieved.The internal and external environment of the brand has changed,which increases the difficulty for a smooth realization of brand integration.However,the time for pu Xin to start m & a and extension activities are short,theoretical support is limited,and practical experience is also scarce.The investigation of the current situation of brand integration,we find that the problems of brand integration are mainly concentrated on: Brand integration is not systematic,brand extension is not integrated,and there is no cultural integration among brands,and equate integrated marketing communication with brand integration.Brand integration must follow scientific principles,adopt practical methods to formulate effective implementation of a strategy,and take appropriate measures to ensure the ultimate realization of brand integration.Based on this,I put forward an operational brand integration strategy: integration of organization system,reasonable brand extension mode,remolding of culture integration between brands,the effective implementation of integrated marketing communication and corresponding implementation plans.In order to ensure a smooth realization of brand integration,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of human resources and organization system.The implementation of the Pu-Xin brand integration strategy is bound to have a significant impact on its macro planning and daily operation behavior.It is helpful for Pu-Xin to reduce the integration cost,improve enterprise management levels,improve the profit rate,reset the industrial layout,optimize the educational resources and deliver more competitive educational products and services.In the fierce competition in the market to better comply with the trend of developing of the times,the ultimate realization of park's grand goals.
