Industrial tourism is an emerging tour product which is explored on the basis of industry, which has many various characteristics,including ornamental, knowledgeable, participating and so on. Industrial tourism has a huge attraction to the visitors and a swift and violent development in our country. There are 345 examples of the industrial tourist attractions in China, around 29 provinces in national. In our country, industrial tourism developed on the primary stage. the slowly development is mainly because of singleness of tourism products and lacking of marketing strategy.Combining travel Destination Life Cycle theory, tourism system theory, the area of tourism and so on, this paper discussed marketing strategy of industry tourism in Beijing, which complements and enriches the research system of industry tourism in our country. The author investigated and analyzed the market form of industry tourism in Beijing (a representative of mature tourist metropolis) to propose specific marketing strategy. This can open the door of regional tourism market for industry tourism, and make it take a position in urban tourism, and sharing of market resources, which formats complementary tourism resources, enhance the attractiveness and overall image of the city.Based on carefully research on related theory and the domestic research results about industrial tourism, the author summarizes the basic features and impacts of the industrial tourism, and summarizes the developmental situation of the domestic industrial tourism. In the analysis of the development of Beijing industrial tourism, this paper compared 14 examples of the industrial tourist attractions of China in Beijing, and summarized the concentrated distribution features in industry and geography, and proposed the main problems in its development and analyzed its competition. The market of Beijing industrial tourism was researched through questionnaires and depth interviews of the popular tourist market and industries. This paper was deeply analyzed and discussed the awareness, participation, market potential and problem of Beijing industrial tourism market by statistic the survey dates. Based on the above analysis, the author deeply analyzed the status and problems of Beijing industrial tourism market, and proposed the general strategies, basic principles and main aspects of marketing. Finally, the author proposed specific measures of Beijing industrial tourism market from three aspects, which are product strategy, channel strategy, promotional strategy through the above analysis.
