The Study On Economic Forest Development In Desertification Land Area Of Hebei Plain

The desertification,which is a kind of the land degenerations, has been one of the main environmental problems retarding the economic growth in the word. Forestry construction is the efficient path which against the desertification, because of playing ecology, economy and social efficiency. Economic forest tree which has the economy, the society and the ecological benefit unifies highly, has played an important role in desertification land treatment and Utilization.The south plain of Hebei Province, which is situated at the Yellow River old path area and has the large sandy land, is a good place to develop the forest, the fruit, and other industrial crop.The goal of this article is to find the way to improve the economic forest healthy development in this area, achieve the ecological environment improvement, and promot economic development.This paper illustrates China's desertified land and forest development in the overall situation, the economic forest development in Hebei plain's desertification land area, analyzes the feasibility, the influencing factors and the matters of economic forest development in Hebei plain's desertification land area. It point out that economic forest in Hebei plain's desertification land area is influenced by the feasibility, nature, artificial, technical, policy, market factors. At present there are so many questions, for example, the choice is blind, the mode of administration is extensive, the technical level is low, the market is not perfect, the configuration of organization is backward, the following industrial development is insufficient. Taking Julu as an successful example, the article gives us the analysis and summary of its successful experience. In the end the article gives basic pattern of economic forest and Suggestions in Hebei plain's desertification land area. It point out three patterns, plant management development model, economic industrial production development model and eco-tourism development model. In plant management development model, there are "Standardization of the orchard", "adjusted the structure of the tree," "facilities, fruit trees," the cultivation of agroforestry development models. In economic industrial model development process, it's important to establish a reasonable mechanism of the distribution of benefits, to develop and standardize the rules of the market and do a good job to coordinate the work of the Government. It is must to do a good job in planning and protection to forest eco-tourism development model.
