Chinese Pharmaceutical Pricing Policy On The Impact Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

In recent years,with Chinese pharmaceutical price control policy become better and better, these policies on the impact of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry more in depth. The issue of drug prices is not only concerned about the consumer,but also is an important factor of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry' development.In this paper,we study on the impact of pharmaceutical manufacturing with our government's drug pricing policy.By comparing the policy of drug pricing and the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing in our country and foreign,analyze from 1996 to 2007 the economic benefits and technological innovation indicators of Chinese medicine manufacturing industry,use of econometric software(Eviews) to research the relevance of drug prices and the indicators,and find out the impact of drug pricing policies on the development of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Analyze pharmaceutical pricing policy both in increasing and reducing the drug prices.On the one hand,confirmed favorable influence of our government's pricing policy to the pharmaceutical industry;on the other hand,also pointed out that the adverse effects of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing in the price reduction.Finally, for the adverse effects of the government pricing policy to the pharmaceutical manufacturing, and combined with the drug pricing policy of the foreign government,take reasonable and feasible advice to Chinese government pricing departments on pricing principles,the factors of new drug pricing should be taken into account,the pricing mechanism,price dynamic management and price management system,and so on.We hope this can help to develop Chinese medicine manufacturing,and in some extent,solve the problem of people see a doctor.In this paper,we make the following recommendations to the pricing department of the Chinese Government:in the pricing principle,we should be to quantify the extent of price adjustment;pricing of new drugs should be carefully;dynamic management of drug prices;form an integrated price management apartment,and set up price management system.
