Along with the development of supply chain performance evaluate,it's important to evaluate Construction Supply Chain(CSC) performance in scientifically and availably.CSC performance evaluate is a key component element of construction supply chain management, which consists in the whole course from its built to die out,and involves in construction unit, contractor,subcontractor,supplier,designer and so on.First question of CSC performance evaluate is to set up a set of systematic evaluating indicators.Based on the existing research of CSC performance indicators,and expand BSC method,a system of CSC performance indicators is built,which consists agility,financial, customer satisfaction,supply chain relationship,internal operation,innovative and growth.A common way evaluating CSC performance is performance indicator system method. The traditional supply chain performance indicator system method must analysis all the indicators,which has a huge workload,a complex process,and a little practicability.To overcome the shortcoming,Key Performance Indicators(KPI) and Principal Component Analysis(PCA) methods which based on Balanced Scorecards(BSC) are lead up to evaluate CSC performance.According to the applied conditions of KPI and PCA methods,the article combines and applies these two methods in the performance evaluate of the CSC in order to verify the feasibility and validity of the methods.The article employs PCA to do the dimension-reduction treatment of financial situation,internal operational,innovation and development which are expressed by quantitative targets.Meanwhile,to the dimensions which are reflected by qualitative indicators,such as agility,customer satisfaction,supply chain relationship,uses target decomposition method to extract KPI and do the qualitative evaluations.Finally,AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) is employed to determine their respective weighing of these six indicators,then the CSC comprehensive performance is obtained by the weighted sum of these indicators.The result shows that,the method combined KPI with CPA which based on BSC,not only overcomes the shortcomings(such as work-load,poor practicability) in the traditional supply chain performance indicator system,but also evaluate the quantitative and qualitative indications in effectively.The combination of these two methods is suitable for the CSC performance evaluation.
