Study On The Performance Appraisal System Of Real Estate Enterprises

As a real estate enterprise, how to develop steadily in the situation that the competition becomes increasingly fierce, one of the most important factors to the real estate company is to set up a perfected performance management system. But to make sure whether the system is reasonable and effective, the key performance indicator setting and performance appraising system play an unique role in it.In this paper, it is suggested that the real estate enterprises should settle their key performance indicator both from the existing capabilities and future capabilities, and in order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the key performance indicators, they should be set on the basis of balanced Scorecard, and according to the features of real estate industry, the traditional balanced Scorecard is improved into a six-dimensional balanced Scorecard. And after setting the performance indexes, the enterprise can take the SMART principal and twenty-eighty principal as the rules to choose the critical ones as its key performance indexes.Also, it is suggested in this paper that the performance appraising system should including both the financial indexes and non-financial indexes. And it is proper to use the principal component analysis to do the financial indexes performance appraisal, while using the duality weighted method to do the non-financial indexes performance appraisal. What is more, in order to encourage the employees, the performance feedback and interview is also a vital progress to the performance appraisal, and the real estate enterprise should provide the employees with appeal opportunities if it is necessary.
