The Analysis About Influencing Factors Of Value-Added Service Performance In China's Venture Capital Firms

Venture capital had developed relatively slowly since it came into our country during the mid or late of 1980's. Its facilitation to Hi-tech and function of improving economic development was very limited too. As a rapid development of Chinese capital market there has also been an explosive growth of capital and investment in venture capital of China especially in the past three years. The role of venture capital in the market economy has begun to display step by step. But, venture capital in our country is still small and weak when it compared with which in developed countries such as USA and Europe wherever in capital scale or standard. So it is very necessary to find the way how we can develop our venture capital as soon as fast.It has been shown that investment efficiency is very important to VCs by western researchers, and value-added service is regarded as the most important factor of investment efficiency. This thesis just evaluates value-added service in seventeen items of three aspects by Structural Equation Modeling which is established from government participation, background of VCs, investing managers and bypast investment efficiency base on the sample founded by the China Venture Capital Research Centre before September of 2008.After finishing statistics description of sample date, model design ,evaluation of model before modification, structural equation modeling modification and evaluation of final model, we arrive the conclusion that government participation would not do damage to value-added service and four of other factors can afford positive effect to it.
