Study On The Performance And Its Influencing Factors Of Modern Service Industryg

With the development of economic globalization and information technology, the position of modern service industry in the national economy is growing more and more important. Improving the performance of modern service industry and adjusting service industry structure are the internal requirements to achieve sustained and healthy development.Based on domestic and foreign relevant researches, this study explores the performance of modern service industry and modern service industry performance factors. With reference to the results of the researches of the manufacturing industry performance, this paper builds a framework for the relationship between the performance of modern service industry and its influencing factors. And this framework is applied to modern logistics services. In accordance with the characteristics of the industry of the modern logistics industry, the paper builds a structural equation modeling and designs survey questionnaire. Using software SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 to analyze the original data, and systematically analyzes the impact mechanism and influence degree of the factors on the performance of modern logistics services. This study’s specific conclusions are as follows:(1) Referring to extensive literatures, this paper illustrates the performance of modern service industry from financial performance and non-financial performance. And it comes down to the nine influencing factors of modern service industry performance. These are financial development, industrial policy, infrastructure, market demand, industry structure, information technology, human resources, customer relations and innovation. On this basis, it builds a framework and indicators system for the performance of modern service industry and its influencing factors.(2) Selecting and merging the nine influencing factors of modern service industry performance to build a performance influencing factors system which is suitable for the modern logistics industry. On this basis, it puts forwards nine research hypothesis, and builds a theoretical model constituted by financial performance, non-financial performance, information technology and infrastructure, human resources, customer relations, innovation.(3) According to the theoretical model, it selects and measures interpreted and explanatory variables of structural equation modeling. Then it proceeds to the questionnaire’s design, distribution and recovery, and processes the data by software SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0. It systematically analyzes the impact mechanism and influence degree of the factors on the performance of modern logistics services to verify the rationality of the theoretical model.
