| At present, the method of dealing with the old housing usually is a kind of sample way which large-scale totally pushing over and rebuilding. It is a repetition of the wrong way which existed in westen countries in the passed. This method brings lots of troubles which are not only more and more negative phenomenas but also troubles of actualizing because of its self-lack.Following wiht the high speed of economic developing and speedup of Urbanization Process, large-scale reconstruction has been began in HanZhengjie as a historical district which locates in the centrel of Wuhan. HanZhengjie is an area that has polygamy andComplexity, especially the residential regional. During the process of removing, more and more conflicts were intensified, and also caused conflicts which againsted government. Effective method of rebuilding of HanZhengjie needs to know the life of people whom live in this distrit and expound reasons of residence status amply.Thereby, in this thesis, choose personal-rebuild residence residence in Baoqing district as an object in Han Zhengjie, focus on the attention of progress of the personal-rebuilding and using the methods of anthropology, get the residents'life into the Baoqing block. Embeddly understand lifes of people by chat and observing in the real scene and find out the representative samples from lots of research cases. Lifes status and evolvement of houses are expatiated from evolvement, characteristic and using of houses. During analysis from samples, find out the rule of self-established residence activity and factors of self-established residence activity. Mainly analyse the relations between different factors and factors how to effectting the self-established residence.In this thesis, hope to find out that "how do people live? How does this housing configuration forms which is different with other parts of Wuhan?" from complicated the area of the self-established residence by researching the houses in HanZhengjie. |
