| Along with the deterioration of the relationship between the supply and demand of energy,and the public's rising awareness of environmental protection,as well as the value inherent to the waste and used products,reverse logistics is gradually be the focus of attention,because it can realize the resource recycling of useless goods and can control environmental pollution efficiently.In reverse logistics network system, the location for recycling center and the design for vehicle routing are two important problems of research.Over the past few years,these problems were studied seperatelly. So when discusse the theories,models and methods of location-routing problem on the reverse logistics,we shoulde combine the characteristics of reverse logistics.In view of this,the research of the location-routing problem under the environment of the reverse logistics is discussed in this paper.Chapter one and two of this thesis introduce the concept of reverse logistics,points out the research value of the reverse logistics,and analyses the domestic and overseas status in quo of research in location-routing problem of reverse logistics.Chapter three is mainly related to introductions of the basic theories about the location-allocation problem and vehicle routing problem.In chapter four,the objective of this paper is to combine the location of the transfer station and the vehicle routing into a mathematical model which is called LRP model,to minimum the system operation cost,and with allowing loading,and allowed distance constraints.In chapter five,according to chapter four,a solving strategy combining heuristic clustering method with tabu search algorithm is established. In chapter six,the model gives a case study,compare the result of traditional optimization and intelligent optimization.Finally,Chapter five sums up content and deficiency of paper. |
