Research On The Influence Mechanism From Creative Clusters To Creative City On Base Of System Dynamics

Nowadays,technology has been the focus of the competition among the countries and the country which is dominant in technology will be the winner in the development.As to win this competition,promoting the development of technology and constructing an innovative city have been taken as key development strategies.Besides that,creative industry is becoming global and clustering day by day.Industry cluster is very popular in the construction of innovative city,and there is interaction development between the two which can be proved in their practice.But how dose this interaction development works is worth of study,this paper will do just one-way research which is how creative industry cluster affects innovative city.This study not only has practical significance for Beijing,but also has reference value for other countries in our country.The paper first summaries the related documents at home and abroad,then introduces the important theories and conceptions which is closely related to the theme briefly.After that,the paper built a model based on the system dynamics for the study, and by using the model and the relevance of main bodies of both creative industry cluster and innovative city the paper gives answers to the problem.Last but not the least, this text will do empirical study on Beijing so that on one hand,we can proved the model and on the other hand,we can give some policy recommendations based on the creative industry cluster for the construction of innovative city of Beijing.
