The Risk Assessment Of Regional Creative Industry Cluster

Creative industry is a new industry. With the rapid development of global economy and knowledge economy era is marked by information technology coming, the creative economy rapid development, creative industry is also showing unprecedented development prospects. Creative industry rapid development caused by regional creative industry cluster development phenomenon, through the development of practice,it has proved that the creative industry cluster is developing rapidly in various countries and regions, many developed countries and regions have established the creative industrial park to promote the creative industries cluster development. But with the rapid development of creative industry agglomeration area, on the creative industry cluster risk phenomenon aroused great attention of academic circles and industry, and about the risk identification and control of regional industries is becoming a real problem.This study based on the literature review, based on summary of domestic and foreign scholars system related research results, through the analysis of the main risk of creative industry cluster, in accordance with easy operation, simple and comprehensive principles, constructing regional creative industry cluster risk evaluation index system. The influence of various factors on the regional creative industry cluster evaluation index is not the same, and risk preference problem, and different decision makers in understanding and assessment of risk index also are different, so this paper adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative, systematic, analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of regional creative industry cluster of the various risk indicators.Fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is the use of fuzzy mathematics to make an overall evaluation to objects or object by multiple factors, and then according to the membership degree of fuzzy mathematics theory to qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation. It has a complex problem evaluation mathematical model is simple and easy to grasp, the multi factor, multi-level characteristic better. Due to the regional creative industry cluster risk evaluation index is qualitative in foundation based on a large amount of reference literature and expert interview analysis obtained, therefore the final combination of fuzzy comprehensive judgment method of fuzzy mathematics, the regional creative industry cluster risk evaluation index and its weight is introduced, the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation and analysis, investigating on regional creative industry cluster risk evaluation.In the empirical research later, through field investigation, the city of Shanghai Tian zifang Creative Industry Park, depth interview, questionnaire survey. The collected data collation, the data is calculated by using the software of MATLAB editing program, finally obtains the Tian zifang creative industry park at the level of risk, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive judgment method combined with the study of regional creative industry cluster risk assessment for, can not only deepen and develop the regional creative industry cluster theory study, can also provide references for promoting the development of creative industry cluster area.
