| With the rapid booming of Gaogou cable industry cluster in Wuwei County, which has being concerned by academia worldwide, it was known as the"Gaogou Phenomenon". It's of great importance to take measures to develop Gaogou cable industry under the circumstance of the risk from the Global Financial Crisis and the opportunities from the optimization and upgrading of national grid and telecommunications industry.This article analyses the develop status of the cabal industry worldwide, illustrates that the tendency of the cabal industry and the cabal industry disparity between the domestic and the develop county. Then analyses on the environment and the competitive of the Gaogou cabal industry, demonstrates on the strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten of its development. And concludes several factors limit the development of Gaogou cabal industry as follow: the special cabal is the most popular in the cabal market in the future, though the cabal manufacture in Gaogou is, technically, comparable to the international standard, the research is still inadequate on the technology investment of the independent priorities; in spite of the cluster brand effect of the Gaogou cabal industry has become functional, there is no giant enterprise established in the cluster; insufficient management; difficulty of financing; the lack of the modern logistic which serves the whole cluster.As the follow,the article gives several suggestions:(1) to develop an independent innovative capacity; (2) to participate in international market competition; (3) to strengthen infrastructure construction; (4) to intensify quality management, excellent quality; (5) to optimize the investment environment in the Industrial District; (6) to establish the modern logistics system; (7) to improve the financing environment; (8) to enhance the level of enterprise management (9) to build up brand enterprises.This article will put forward the Wuwei cabal industry to develop well and rapidly. |
