Improving the logistic of plant is the sticking point to increase benefit of the corporation. We can find something illogical in the system through modeling and simulating for the logistic of plant at the beginning of the manufactory layout. This kind of improving has far-reaching meaning for the environment and economy. This paper takes the logistic of plant as the object of research. It analyzes the concept, type and characteristic for the logistic of plant. Through the analysis, it carves up the logistic of plant into two parts: the logistic of product line and the logistic of workshop. It can be different in modeling through analysis in logistic of product line and logistic of workshop. So when we try to establish model for the logistic of product line, we should take the machining point as the object, and use Polychromatic Graphs to set up the model. When we try to establish model for the logistic of workshop, we should take the product line as the object, then use Polychromatic Graphs to set up the model. The example which we used is from Hefei Axle Housing Corporation. At last we use the software called E-Factory to set up the 3D model for the product line and plant, and use this software to simulate the logistic of product line and the logistic of workshop, try to find something need to improve in this corporation.
