Research On Current Situation And Optimization Of Top Management Team Of Listed Companies In Anhui

Listed companies have superiority in China's economy .The growth and quality of listed companies is the valuable source for capital market investment. After two decades of development, they have grown in strength, modified regularity of processes, and increased the service quality, which made them the backbone of enterprise reforming and developing. With the improvement of listed companies'position in our society and economy, the status and value of top management team (TMT) is highly regarded more and more. As one of the core competence of enterprises, rational and effective top management team is the power of energy to ensure efficient operation. Domestic and abroad theory research mainly focus on the relevance and effect between structural features of top management team and organizational efficiency. The study on structural features optimization of top management team is rare.This paper analyzed the status quo of Anhui listed companies based on the investigation of the companies, summary of the result of predecessors. And statistical analysis of top management team structural features in Anhui is compared with those in Shanghai and Beijing. With statistic methods, the model for factors affecting top management team of Anhui listed companies is set up and analyzed. Finally the team building of top management team in Anhui listed companies is optimized. Because the research in this field is still at an elementary stage, with the development of research and more staff involved, relevant theory, method and technology would be improved.
