The Efficiency Evaluation Of Listed Power Enterprise In The Process Of The Market-oriented Reform In China

Electricity market reform is our current hot issues in the economic sphere, the government established a market economy, the key to separating the country;80years ago in20century, China’s power industry, vertically integrated business model has been based, such a powerful way to quickly expand the size of the country’s power industry, but the model with distinctive features planned economy era;1978China began reform and opening up, the establishment of market economy, and the power system due to its previous operating mode inefficiency, lack of financing, or even a power supply shortage and power cuts should be an individual phenomenon, so as the electricity market reform objectives by promoting the power industry in particular to improve the operation and management of power generation industry and production efficiencyIn this paper, the main measure of the market-oriented reforms in the transition of power in this environment of our country’s power generation efficiency of the performance of the enterprise, based on efficient performance and context to explore ways to further improve the power generation business. In this paper, based on the theory of generalized reference set of DEA, building on the calculation of the efficiency of power generation companies listed model-MPGEE,2002-201218selected companies listed power generation data for2012as the base year data to evaluate each year data, estimates of the technical efficiency of power generation companies, pure technical efficiency, scale efficiency, and the results made a dynamic analysis, research found that technical efficiency,2002-2007generation companies listed pure technical efficiency and good performance, and from2008in the beginning there is a clear turning point and efficiency values hovering at a less efficient scale is relatively smooth and efficient performance of the ideal value. This article is also based on the theory and method of Malmquist Index, measured the dynamic changes in the efficiency of power generation companies to better understand the situation changes in the value of annual efficiency. Finally, based on empirical findings,for the electricity effectively improved the paper promote further suggestions about China’s market-oriented reform.
