| Construction and transformation of rural power network have a profound significance for prospenrity rural economy ,however ,it's not pay attention to the economic evaluation of rural power network project because of some factor influence . Do well the economic evaluation of power project can strengthen the inputs and outputs management of power network construction, establish scientifically and rationally economic evaluation indexes system, increase the rate of return ,decreased the financial risk, promote the investment benefit of project.This paper combined with the theoretical knowledge of economic evaluation ,analysis the project from financial ,national economy, society influence evaluation; establish a comprehensive index system of the economic evaluation; and point out the evaluation model of AHP-fuzzy .Let the model is applied to power network construction of QiXian , the result showed that the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model. |
