Because of influence coming from many factors in communication network of electric power,uncertainty of certain factors and fuzzy information coming from experts, a method of risk evaluation of electric power communication network based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. Firstly, comprehensive judging matrix is gained with fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and pratical data. Experts'weights are decided with relevant method. Triangular fuzzy linguistic scale adapting to the evaluation is decided with evaluating method and information of experts is expressed with data, and subjective weight is gained after calculating.Then, objective weight is calculated according to system's comprehensive judging matrix and Method of Maximizing Deviations, and comprehensive weight is calculated through fusing subjective and objective weight. Finally, comprehehensive evaluation is processed, and the defuzzification method is used in the process, then it analyzes the result of evaluation and gets risk value of system. The result indicates: more information is fused in the method, and it improves the persuasion,the justice and validity.
