After the agrarian reform, Chinese agriculture has attained tremendous achievement as well as piled up some troubles. Enterprises invest to agriculture industrialization items which aimed for profit, in one hand, can get profit from favourable policies in revenue, lower the business cost and enhance profit margin by use of the cheaper work force and ground rent, in the other hand, the investment could offer capital, technology and market information which needed by modern agriculture, could provide jobs for farmers, could increase the income of local farmers and government.Whereas, at present, the investment study about agriculture industrialization only pays attention to the benefit of investors but ignore the peasants', which will affect the holistic stability. In order to solve the problem, based on the analysis of agriculture investment theories, this article has done the appraisement about the chicken breeding item in Aba state invested by Zhanjiang ABC Food Limited Liability Corp. In this article, farmers' benefits are regarded as an important part to achieve enterprise's benefit. Both attained equilibrium in benefit which is exhibited with a series of indexes in quantity and quality. On the basis of the benefit appraisement in economy, society and zoology, this article concluded that the item is feasible, because it will make profit in economy, society and zoology. The appraisement in this article will also provide profitable reference to the item and similar items.
