With the economy globalization and information technology rapid progress, logistics has become one of the most important factors which influence economic development. In recent years, there are more and more logistics corporations, between which, the competition is fiercer. The continuous immigration of exotic logistics corporations into China strengthens the competition which leads to the environment deterioration. How to bring out a new way suitable for the development of Chinese logistics corporations has drawn much attention in theory and practice. This thesis probes into the developing method of Chinese logistics corporations from the aspect of strategic alliance. Some Chinese logistics corporations deal with only a specific business of logistics, for a lot of them are derived from traditional companies and new-style civilian enterprises. For this reason, they are mutually complementary. The most prevailing collaboration mode of Chinese logistics corporations is strategic alliance based on negotiation mechanism. That is why I select this topic and what I will study. This thesis studies the following problems and draws a conclusion as follows:Firstly, this thesis studies the theoretic basis of strategic alliance, that is, core competence theory, resource-based theory and transaction costs theory. Core competence theory studies the possibility of establishing strategic alliance from the aspect of competence mutual complement. Resource-based theory studies the possibility of establishing strategic alliance from the aspect of resource acquisition. Transaction costs theory studies the possibility of establishing strategic alliance from the aspect of assets specialty, uncertainty and transaction frequency.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the challenge and opportunity in face of Chinese logistics corporations and the necessity and possibility of establishing strategic alliance with a view to their contemporary situations. Finally, this thesis develops and studies the bidding model of enterprises strategic alliance based on game theory under the condition of complete information and incomplete information. Through the analysis of the model, I get a conclusion that there is a interval bidding price acceptable to both negotiating parties. The interval assures both parties of definitude and avoid mutually malignant bidding and cheating. The conclusion is also proven in practice.
